2. Products & Handcrafted Nature

We specialize in ceramic pieces and handcrafted home decor.

Handmade Variations: Because our ceramic items are artisanal and individually produced, slight variations in dimensions, shape, weight, glaze distribution, texture, and tone are inherent to the craft. These variations are not considered manufacturing defects or damages.
Color Accuracy: We strive to display the colors and textures of our ceramics as accurately as possible. However, monitor settings, lighting conditions, and display capabilities vary, and we cannot guarantee that your display will reflect exact real-life tones.
Availability & Modifications: We reserve the right to limit sales quantities, discontinue any product at any time, or modify descriptions and pricing without prior notice.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Order Acceptance: Receiving an order confirmation email does not signify our final acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected unauthorized or fraudulent transactions.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD and exclude applicable taxes and customs duty fees unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

4. Shipping, International Delivery & Customs

Fulfillment: Orders for in-stock items are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order or restock pieces may require an extended production window as indicated on the product page.
Transit & Risk of Loss: Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for transit delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs clearance.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: For international shipments, the buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, and customs clearance charges assessed by the destination country.

5. Returns, Refunds & Damaged Goods

Returns, exchanges, and damaged item claims are governed strictly by our Return & Refund Policy.

Because ceramics are fragile:

Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photo evidence of the broken piece, the exterior shipping box, and packaging materials.
Customers returning authorized items are responsible for safe return packaging. Items returned damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

6. Intellectual Property

All content featured on this website—including text, photographs, product images, graphics, logos, video clips, and digital designs—is the exclusive property of YONESTCOM LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
